We are only as strong as our community. Reaching out to community organizations is a passion that helps build the ESCO foundation. Volunteerism is something that we promote with our employees. Giving yourself to those in need gives our employees a sense of purpose and puts things into an informed perspective, teaching gratitude for all we have.
Monetary donations and community involvement is a win-win for ESCO. It keeps us humble while helping organizations that strive to make our community a better place to live. While our primary focus is on giving to strong organizations whose mission is to help children, we also give to other foundations that aid the community.
Our community partners are the backbone of our neighborhood. We partner with great organizations such as: United Way, Junior Achievement, St. Luke’s Hospital, Wheels United, Marion CARES, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Marion Rotary, Mt Mercy University, Iowa 4-H Club, Eastern Iowa Honor Flight, The Boys and Girls Club, Four Oaks, Four Oaks:Total Child, Four Oaks: Dave Engle & Joe DiNucci Scholarship, FLY: Feeding Lunches to Youth, and local high schools.
