Being prepared for the unexpected is an unfortunate, but necessary thing to do. Our non-union, full-time employees have life insurance coverage paid for by ESCO. This covers $50,000 of life and accidental death and dismemberment. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance to better protect them and their families.
ESCO fully covers both short-term and long-term disability to qualified employees. In the event that an employee becomes disabled from a non-work-related injury or illness, disability income benefits are provided as a source of income.
Balancing your work and personal life is important to ESCO. We offer a generous PTO package which includes ten paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and two floating holidays
As of January 1, 2017, ESCO Group’s non-union employees entered into an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) where the employees owned 40% of the company shares.
We are happy to announce that as of December 31, 2021, we are now 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED! All eligible new hires become employee-owners from day-one and receive a pro-rated contribution even for their FIRST YEAR of employment!
