The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 requires employers to provide a hazard free workplace and comply with the occupational safety and health standards, rules and regulations issued under the act. This same federal law (OSHA) requires an employer to reprimand, and even discharge employees, who violate OSHA and company safety rules and regulations.

The objective of our company is to work in cooperation with all employees to provide a safe and hazard free workplace. Only through such a cooperative effort can this safety objective be attained.
